Алексей Николаевич Кофанов родился в 1971 году в городе Кемерово, с 1982 года живет в Ленинграде — Санкт-Петербурге. Окончил Музыкальное училище им. М. П. Мусоргского. Гитарист, певец, композитор, литератор, художник. Алексей Кофанов — дипломант конкурса эстрадной песни «Кумиры XXI века», автор четырех симфоний, двух концертов для гитары с оркестром, Концерта для фортепиано с оркестром, симфонической поэмы «Светлояр» (исполнялась в зале петербургской Капеллы), более сотни песен, сборника верлибров «Плесень песен», повести «Новобранцы» (совместно с Н. Кофановым), романа «Демонтаж» (опубликован в журнале «Нева», № 1 за 2005 год). Актер народного театра «Балаганчик». Лидер группы «UльтраFО». Алексей Кофанов — член Союза художников России с 1998 года. Автор ряда графических и живописных серий («20 видов Троицкого», «Прогулка по городу», «Колокольни петербургских храмов», «Цветы и окна», «Эпические грезы» и др.), многие его работы тиражированы Центром графических искусств. Три фантазии на темы опер Петра Чайковского, Жоржа Бизе и Эндрю Ллойда Уэббер рекомендуются учащимся класса гитары музыкальных училищ, педагогам, концертирующим гитаристам. Alexey Nikolayevich Kofanov was born in 1971. His green years passed ш the Siberian city Kemerovo, while in 1982 he moved to Leningrad — St Petersburg, where he studied in the Musorgsky Music College. Alexey Kofanov has the command of talents. Не is altogether а guitarist, singer, composer, literary man and artist. Kofanov's creation was honoured by the variety song's competition «Idols of hе 21st Century». Among the young соmposer’s opuses there are four symphonies, two concertos for guitar and orchestra, Concerto for piano and orchestra, symphonic poem «Svetloyar» (firstly performed in the Petersburg Kapelle), more than hundred songs, the verlibres collection «Mould of Melodies», stories «Recruits» (together with N. Kofanov), novel «Dismantling». The spectators of the amateur theatre «Balaganchilk» («Little Show-Booth») watch Kofanov among the actors. Simultaneously he heads the group «Ultra FO». Being the member of hе Russian Artists' Union fiom 1998, Kofanov managed to impress his admirers by numerous graphic and painted works («Twenty Aspect of the Trinity Cathedral», «Promenade Along the City», «Belltowers of the Petersburgian Temples», «Flowers and Windows», «Epic Dreams» etc). Many of his works are issued by the Graphic Arts Centre. The novel «Dismantling» by А. Kofanov was published by the «Neva Magazine» (2005, № 1). The Three Fantasies to the opera thernes by P. I. Tchaikovsky, Georges Bizet and Andrew Lloyd Webber are recommended for the guitar lessons in the music college, so as for concert practice.
